Instructions:

  1. Complete the registration form with your information and press SEND button.
  2. Please complete a seperate form for each visit. Please note that your first requested date may not be available, so please provide at least two alternative dates.
  3. After we have scheduled your visit, a confirmation will be emailed back to you.
  4. Your reservation is NOT final until you fax a SIGNED copy of your confirmation to LASM.

Please note:

  1. Children must be at least 3 years old to attend programs in the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium.
  2. We require at least ONE chaperone for every 10 children.
  3. Minimum number of children for a group is 15.
  4. Maximum group size for the planetarium is 143.
  5. Maximum group size for the auditorium is 190.
