LASM: 50 Years of Collecting

In celebration of LASM’s Golden Anniversary, this exhibition showcased artworks and artifacts selected from among the Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s major holdings acquired over the past five decades. Presented in categories similar to that of the museum prototype known as the wunderkammer , the selection provided insight into the museum’s unique story while also revealing the historic development of museum collections.
