Thank you for helping fight fraud, waste, and abuse in Louisiana. Your information begins the process for holding public officials and employees accountable for their actions.
Use the Louisiana Legislative Auditor's online fraud report form to fill out a report quickly. Any agency or entity as defined in La. R.S. 24:513 that receives state or local government funds should use this form to report known or suspected losses of public funds or other illegal activity to the Legislative Auditor’s Office.
You may also call the LLA Hotline at 1-844-50-FRAUD (1-844-503-7283), fax your report to 1-844-40-FRAUD (1-844-403-7283), or print and mail the report form to LLA Hotline, P.O. Box 94397, Baton Rouge, LA 70804.
