Get ready for a prehistoric adventure at the Louisiana Art & Science Museum's annual Dino Day! Families, students, and dinosaur enthusiasts of all ages are invited to enjoy a day filled with hands-on science exploration, fossil encounters, interactive activities, and immersive planetarium experiences designed to inspire curiosity and discovery.
Celebrate 10 Years with "Jason" the Triceratops
One of the highlights of this year's event is a rare opportunity to meet a paleontologist and see "Jason," LASM's iconic 66-million-year-old Triceratops skull, up close. Generously on loan from Raising Cane's and the family of Todd Graves, "Jason" has been a centerpiece of LASM's Solar System Gallery since 2016 and has inspired countless visitors to explore the wonders of paleontology and Earth science.
Hands-On Activities & Community Partners
From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., guests can explore a variety of interactive activities presented in partnership with local organizations that bring science, history, and discovery to life.

LASM's long-standing partnership with Raising Cane's is especially meaningful as the Todd Graves Family and Raising Cane's have generously loaned "Jason" to the museum for the past decade, making the beloved Triceratops skull a favorite among generations of visitors.
