Now showing at the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium, The Dark Side of the Moon is an immersive fulldome experience that transforms Pink Floyd’s iconic 1973 album into a stunning 360-degree visual journey.
The show presents all 10 tracks from the album in their original sequence, surrounding audiences with breathtaking imagery projected across the entire dome. Some visuals draw inspiration from Pink Floyd’s rich artistic legacy, while others explore futuristic and cosmic themes that expand on the album’s timeless ideas.
Created by the award-winning team at NSC Creative in collaboration with Pink Floyd’s iconic creative director, Aubrey Powell, the production combines music, art, and technology to create a fully immersive sensory experience. Seen by more than one million people worldwide, this spectacular show is both a tribute to Pink Floyd’s masterpiece and a captivating voyage through sound, light, and imagination.
